Jaipur. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that solving the problems of the people is the highest priority of the state government. According to the highest standards of good governance, officers and employees should take action on the complaints of the common man. He said that the satisfaction of the common man is our main goal.
Sharma was doing regular public hearing at the Chief Minister’s residence on Monday. During this time, he listened seriously to each of their problems while committing publicism from the common man and instructed the officials to resolve them quickly. The Chief Minister said that the purpose of the state government is not only to solve the problems, but also to establish the best model of good governance, ensuring transparency and accountability in administrative processes.
The Chief Minister also directed the officials to list each case as well as to ensure their follow -up and inform the complainants. He said that strict action should be taken against the personnel who are negligent in disposal of the public’s complaints. Also, if the personnel has retired, then their pension should also be stopped in that case.
Sharma listened to Social Justice and Empowerment Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Home, Revenue, Irrigation, Transport, Animal Husbandry, Jaipur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation, Education, Medicine, Drinking Water, MNREGA, Energy and resolved the complaints related to various departments. The public and public representatives were present on the occasion.
