Chief Minister Naidu praised PM Modi on development project in Andhra Pradesh, 'This is a new dawn'

Amravati. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday dedicated the inauguration of several important development projects costing more than Rs 58,000 crore in Amravati to the nation. On this historic occasion, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N.K. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan were also present. Prime Minister Modi said, “Amravati is not just a city, but a dream that is coming true today. This is the land where tradition and progress goes together.” He also said that Amravati is now not only the capital of Andhra Pradesh, but it is a positive sign towards the construction of Golden Andhra.
The Prime Minister worshiped Lord Virbhadra, Amarralingeshwar and Tirupati Balaji and greeted the people of the state. He praised Chandrababu Naidu and said that his vision and technology would be helpful in converting Amravati into future technical and economic hubs.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said in his address, “Today, hope has overcome darkness. It is a new dawn for Andhra Pradesh. Amravati is not made only with concrete and steel, it is the dream beat of our people.”
He thanked Prime Minister Modi and said that with the support of the central government, the state government will realize its promise to make Amravati a world -class capital.
Prime Minister Modi said that Amravati will lead in areas like IT, artificial intelligence, green energy, clean industry, education and healthcare in the coming years.
He also assured that the central government will give full support to the state in the development of the necessary infrastructure.
PM Modi appreciated the understanding of Chandrababu Naidu for watching future technology on a large scale and implementing it rapidly. He recalled that in 2015 he had the privilege of laying the foundation stone of the Praja Rajdhani, insisting that in the last several years, the central government has given extensive support for the development of Amravati and has ensured all the necessary steps for the infrastructure.
He said that under the leadership of Naidu, the new state government has accelerated development efforts. He highlighted that the construction of major institutions including the High Court, Assembly, Secretariat and Raj Bhavan is now being given priority.
The Prime Minister said, “NTR Garu conceived a developed Andhra Pradesh.” He urged the collective efforts to make Amravati and Andhra Pradesh a development engine of developed India, confirming NTR Garu’s commitment to fulfill the dream.
Addressing the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister, the Prime Minister said in Telugu that this is our responsibility and we should get it together.
It was also informed in the program that now the construction of major institutions like the High Court, Assembly, Secretariat and Raj Bhavan will be carried forward.
