Ranchi. Senior leader of Jharkhand BJP CP on the allegation made by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on the Election Commission. Singh said on Friday that she wants to make Bengal a Bangladesh, and is torturing Hindus by doing politics of Muslim appeasement in Bengal. He said that the information that the Election Commission will ask for will have to be given.
Mamta Banerjee has accused the Election Commission that it is trying to implement NRC from the back door by making special amendments to the voter list at the behest of the BJP.
CP Singh said that the Election Commission is a constitutional body of the country. Elections are conducted under his supervision all over the country. The Election Commission is fine when Mamta Banerjee wins the election. He said, “I believe that whatever information the Election Commission will ask for information will have to be given.”
He said that Mamta Banerjee is showing fear somewhere in his mind. Therefore, she is accusing the Election Commission. They should avoid this. She wants to make West Bengal Bangladesh on the basis of Muslim appeasement inside Bengal. However, they should know that Bangladesh cannot be built in India.
At an event organized on the completion of 50 years of Emergency in the national capital Delhi on Thursday, Dattatreya Hosbole emphasized that the words ‘socialist’ and ‘secular’ should be reviewed in the preamble of the Constitution. On his statement, the BJP leader said that former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi imposed an emergency to play the role of a dictator and to remain in power. After this, he played with the basic spirit of the Constitution. The words “secular” and “socialist” were added to the preamble. What Dattatreya Hosbole has said is absolutely correct. This should be considered. There is no use of the word “secular” inside the country, it should be secular.
CP when Rahul Gandhi takes a copy of the Constitution together. Singh said that his grandmother had worked to end the freedom of expression in this country. Opposition leaders were put in jail by imposing emergency. Media freedom was taken away. It is better to apologize to walking with a copy of the Constitution.
