There is a possibility of a meeting between Mohan Bhagwat and CM Yogi Adityanath. This will be the first meeting between the RSS chief and Yogi after the Lok Sabha elections. This meeting will accelerate the efforts to coordinate relations between the organization and the government.
Gorakhpur. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat participated in a ‘workers camp’ on Friday and observed ‘Vikas Varg Path Sanchalan’. Bhagwat reached Gorakhpur on Wednesday on his five-day visit. According to sources, he is also likely to meet Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath here on Saturday. This will be the first meeting between the RSS chief and Chief Minister Yogi after the Lok Sabha election results. It is believed that after this meeting of CM Yogi and Mohan Bhagwat, the efforts to coordinate the relations between the organization and the government will be intensified. Recently, some statements of the RSS have led to speculations of lack of proper coordination between the BJP and the organization.
The performance of the Bharatiya Janata Party and its allies in the state has been poor as compared to 2014 and 2019. This time in the Lok Sabha elections, out of the 80 seats in the state, the BJP has got only 33 seats, its ally Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) two and Apna Dal (S) one seat. The main opposition party SP has won 37 seats and its ally Congress six seats. Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) has also won one seat. On the other hand, Mohan Bhagwat addressed a gathering of RSS trainees at the closing ceremony of the organization’s ‘Workers Development Class-II’ in Nagpur on Monday, where he expressed concern over the situation in Manipur. RSS leader Indresh Kumar on Thursday targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the ‘Ramrath Ayodhya Yatra Darshan Poojan Samaroh’ in Kanota near Jaipur, saying that the party which used to worship Ram has become arrogant.
Salute to such policemen, lives were stuck in fire, wall collapsed in front of their steely heart, 3 lives were saved
Indresh Kumar said that in such a situation, it became the largest party in the 2024 elections, but the power (absolute majority alone) which it should have got, was stopped by Lord Ram due to arrogance. He said that none of those who opposed Ram got power, in fact all of them together were put at number two. Kumar’s statement came after Bhagwat’s statement in which he said that a true ‘servant’ does not have arrogance and he serves the people while maintaining ‘dignity’.
