Even the mayor could not save the seat
In the corporation elections of Aam Aadmi Party, everyone was blown away in such a way. The AAP, which entered the elections for the first time, captured the maximum number of wards. While two former mayors Devesh Moudgil and Rajesh Kalia lost, the current mayor Ravikant Sharma was defeated by AAP candidate Badal.
BJP state president Vijay Rana and Congress state president Subhash Chawla’s son Sumit Chawla also lost the election.
