New Delhi. Famous commentator Harsha Bhogle often remains in the headlines. Last few months ago he completed 40 years in the world of commentary. Harsha Bhogle keeps sharing his opinions with people through social media platform X. In this sequence, he has vented his anger on the insurance cover providing company Bajaj Allianz.
Famous Indian commentator Harsha Bhogle criticized the company Bajaj Allianz for harassing her family through texts, messages and even bot calls. Bhogle is one of the finest names in commentary in Indian cricket. The 61-year-old journalist is known for his excellent commentary on the game of cricket. He never shies away from expressing his views but this time he is in the news for his experience with Bajaj company.
Bhogle took to Twitter to accuse Bajaj Allianz of harassing him and his family through SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails and bot-driven calls. He also said he would use some other life insurance plan, but not theirs. The Indian cricket commentator wrote, “I had sent several direct messages to @BajajAllianz as I try not to put things in the public domain. But we were constantly harassed; “Through SMS-es, WhatsApp messages, emails and especially bot driven calls.”
I had sent many direct messages to @BajajAllianz because I try not to put things in the public domain. But we have been constantly harassed; through sms-es, whatsapp messages, emails and particularly through bot driven calls. I asked, as politely as I could, if this bombardment…

He further said, “I asked as politely as I could if the messages and calls could stop. I was promised that this would happen but it did not happen. I spoke to my insurance agent on call and said that no matter what service I use, I will never use Bajaj Insurance again. I wished that I did not have to put it in the public domain, but many of my appeals and my direct messages have failed to convince them. I wish you well but I will never have anything to do with you again.”
It is worth noting that Bhogle completed 40 years in cricket commentary earlier this year and remembering his first match, he said, “40 years ago today. My first ODI. Even today I remember that youth trying desperately to get opportunities. And a kind-hearted producer from DD-Hyderabad is giving him this break. I was sitting on a roller in a simple T-shirt last evening, working on a curtain raiser. And the next day I got a chance for two commentaries. In the next 14 months, I got a chance to play two ODIs and one Test match. Gratitude.”
