Jaipur. The prized land of Rajasthan State Cooperative Consumer Association (Confed) has been freed. This action has been taken by the Municipal Corporation Greater, Jaipur after the court’s decision came in favor of Confad.
Manju Rajpal, Administrator and Registrar of Confad, said that the Rajasthan State Cooperative Consumer Association’s plot at Panchwati Circle, Rajapark was occupied for the past several years and was under consideration in the suit court in this regard. In the 39th annual general meeting of Confad a few months ago, instructions were given to get the case effectively and remove the possession. He said that the court’s decision came in favor of Confad as a result of Confed’s effective advocacy of the case, after which the land was freed. This land located at the prime location of Jaipur city can now be used by Confad.
