Know what Mamta’s minister Firhad Hakim said
Firhad Hakim, leader of Trinamool Congress and minister in the Mamata government of West Bengal has said that I do not understand how an old party like Congress is missing in the elections. He said that once upon a time we were also a part of this party. After continuous defeat, now Congress cannot stand on its own feet and compete with BJP. In such a situation, Congress should join Trinamool Congress. He said that this is the right time to merge Congress with TMC. If Congress is merged with TMC, then at the national level we can fight against Godse’s principles on Mahatma Gandhi and Subhash Chandra Bose’s principles.
On the other hand, TMC spokesperson Kunal Ghosh has also said that we have been saying for a long time that Congress cannot fight the BJP alone. He said that we need a leader like Mamata Banerjee to fight the BJP. Congress should understand this now. Let us tell you that the TMC has given a big blow to the Congress by including former Goa Chief Minister Luizinho Faleiro in the party.
Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury furious at TMC’s proposal

BJP’s attack, who is the face of opposition, Mamta or Kejriwal
Meanwhile, Bengal BJP President Sukanta Majumdar hit back saying that in the next Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Modi will be the face for the post of Prime Minister. It is clear from the results of the assembly elections held on Thursday that there is no TMC outside West Bengal. On the other hand, Arvind Kejriwal’s party will form the government in Punjab itself. Now they should decide who will be the opposition face in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Mamata Banerjee or Arvind Kejriwal?’
