New Delhi: The last phase of the Lok Sabha elections is going on in the country. Voting is being held today for the seventh and final phase and the results will be declared on June 4. Meanwhile, the price of commercial LPG cylinder has fallen drastically and it has become cheaper by Rs 69.50. Oil marketing companies on Saturday announced a reduction in the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder across the country. The revised rates of Rs 69.50 have come into effect with immediate effect. From today, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi is Rs 1,676.
Earlier on May 1, the price of commercial LPG cylinders had fallen by Rs 19. The fall in cylinder prices is a relief news for businessmen.

Prices decreased for the third consecutive month
A month ago on May 1, oil marketing companies had reduced the prices of commercial LPG gas cylinders by Rs 19 per unit with immediate effect. Then the retail selling price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi was Rs 1745.50. Earlier in April, the price of a 19 kg commercial cylinder was reduced by Rs 30.50 to Rs 1764.50.
Let us tell you that the prices of LPG cylinders get adjusted with the beginning of the new month. The government is implementing various schemes to promote the use of LPG cylinders for cooking in homes, such as the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, which provides subsidy to eligible families.
