A painful incident has come to light in Sredi village of Kamkheda area of Jhalawar district of Rajasthan, where the woman and her two innocent children were burnt to death due to a fire in the house after a quarrel of the husband and wife. On receiving the information, the police officer Sunil Verma and the police team reached the spot and after taking the bodies of the three, they were handed over to the relatives after the post -mortem.
Fire after quarrel, women and children burnt
According to the information, shortly before the incident, there was a sharp tinge between the deceased Ranjita and her husband Anil Sahu about something. The woman called the police control room and complained of husband’s misdeeds. Police reached the spot and arrested the husband at night. Shortly thereafter, the fire was reported in the house.
When the police and villagers reached the spot, Ranjita and her two children – 4 -year -old son Swastik and 2 -year -old daughter Shyani – were found in the room scorched and suffocated by fire. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared the three dead.
Married 7 years ago, husband fruit seller
Kamkheda police station officer Sunil Verma said that Ranjita was originally from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He was married to Anil Sahu, a resident of Saredi village, about 7 years ago. Anil works as a fruit seller in Aklera. In the context of the incident, the police said that there was a fight between the husband and wife on Thursday night, after which the woman called the police.
Funeral on the same pyre
On receiving information about the incident, weeds were mourned in the village. On Friday afternoon, Ranjita and her two children were cremated together. There was a wave of huge mourning and grief throughout the village. The family and villagers are deeply hurt by this tragedy.
Suicide or accident? Police engaged in investigation
The police is investigating whether the woman and her children died due to fire or it is a case of suicide. The father of the deceased says that there is a possibility of fire due to short circuit. At present, the police have done a post -mortem of the dead bodies and all aspects are being investigated.
