– The priest representative accused the temple administrator of bias
Ujjain (Naiduniya Representative). Offline receipt system has become a cause of trouble in Mangalnath temple. On Sunday, there was a dispute between the priest’s representative and the administrator regarding the deduction of the receipt of Bhat Puja. The representative alleges that the administrators are biased in cutting the receipt. Devotees are also mistreated.
Pujari representative Pt. Vipin Sharma told that the administrator KK Pathak has implemented the system of cutting receipt for Bhatpuja till 3 pm. In the past, some guests of Water Resources Minister Tulsi Silavat had come to the temple for offering prayers, at that time it was 3:5 minutes in the afternoon. We requested the administrator to cut the receipt for Bhat Puja, but he refused to cut the receipt. After this the minister’s guests returned without performing Bhat Puja. Within a few days, another devotee came to perform Bhat Puja, after outside worship, it was three o’clock by the time he reached the sanctum sanctorum to offer rice. On this the administrator also did not allow him to offer rice, but on Sunday he cut the receipt of worship for a priest’s host even after 3 o’clock in the afternoon. At that time my host also came for worship, when I went to get the receipt, they refused. There was a dispute on this matter. The special thing is that the online receipt system has been stopped in the temple. Managers are deducting the receipt offline. There is no mention of amount, time etc. in this arrangement. If the online receipt system was operational in the temple, then the time etc. would have been correctly mentioned in the receipt received from the computer. The arrangements of the temple are also not being taken care of by the district administration. Efforts were also made to discuss the matter with Administrator KK Pathak, but he did not pick up the phone.
The rigging is not stopping…the day-to-day disputes
The period of financial irregularities is going on in Mangalnath temple for a long time. The then collector Manish Singh had banned it to a great extent. Action was also taken against the officials responsible at that time, but once again unpleasant situation has started in the temple. A week ago, there was a fierce dispute between two employees regarding the transaction of rupees in the temple. Even the glass of the office was broken in the scuffle. In the case, the officers had talked about getting the manual receipt kits checked.
