Chandigarh Former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda has said that ever since the BJP came to power, the graph of crime is going up. Today the situation has become such that every person in the state feels insecure. Crime has become uncontrollable, as if the government has been going to mafia in the state. Because during the Congress tenure, the Haryana whose identity was prosperous and greenery, has now been identity and bullet.

Addressing the press conference, Hooda said that Haryana itself has been described as the most unsafe state in the country in the Social Progress Index (SPI) report of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council. The NCRB report also shows the same testimony. Within a year, 1020 murders were taken in the state i.e. 3 killings daily. During this time, 1786 rape incidents took place in Haryana i.e. 4-5 rapes took place daily.

Talking about crime against women, 16,743 cases came up within 1 year. That is, 46 cases were registered daily. Haryana is at number one across the country with 118.7 crime rates. In 2014-15, there were annual cases of crime against women, which have almost doubled today. That is, they have increased by 100 percent. There are more than 100 theft, robbery, robbery, ransom and kidnapping incidents in the state.

There is so much fear of ransom, threats and miscreants that this time the contractors did not even bid for half of the liquor. The government did not find contractors for 300 contracts in 12 districts. Because the miscreants had publicly threatened the contractors. That is, today the same is happening in the state, which the crooks want.

Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that the same situation was in Haryana before 2005. But as soon as the Congress government came, the miscreants were given a clear warning to either leave the bullying or leave Haryana. We had not only said this, but also showed it by implementing it. The Congress government completely eliminated gangsters, mafia and miscreants from the state. Therefore, for 10 years, there was a rule of law and order in the state and due to a safe environment, traders invested fiercely. That is why Haryana became the number one state in the country on every scale of employment generation, investment and development. But as soon as the BJP came, law and order was divided. This is the reason that today businessmen are leaving Haryana one by one and no one is willing to invest.

Bhupendra Singh Hooda also read the headline of the last few days and told that daily newspapers are full of news of crime. Because the BJP government has failed to give security to the public.
