A period of protests and violence has begun in the South American country Venezuela. In fact, recently presidential elections were held in Venezuela in which President Nicolas Maduro won again. According to the AFP report, 11 people have died so far in this protest against Nicolas Maduro. It is believed that these protests in Venezuela can also take the form of a civil war.

Actually, presidential elections were held in Venezuela on 28th July. Before this election, in most surveys, opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzalez was being shown winning easily. However, when the results came, it was exactly opposite to the survey. Since then, protests have started in various areas of Venezuela. The opposition has refused to accept the victory of President Maduro and has also alleged that the Election Commission has rigged the elections.

Joe Biden and Brazilian President Lula da Silva have appealed to the Venezuelan government to release the voting data of the presidential election. Both leaders said that electoral officials should release detailed voting data immediately.
