Dausa. The Mandawar police station, taking a major action as part of the campaign against illegal weapons, arrested an accused with a 12 -bore illegal gun and 23 cartridges. This action was taken under the leadership of Thanadikari Praveen Kumar.
The police officer said that the police had received information from the informer during the patrol that a person was roaming in the Pal area of the village Kot with illegal weapons. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot and took quick action and arrested the accused Satyaveer alias Sonu son Raghuvir Singh Yadav, resident Raipur Ahir, Thana Laxmangarh, District Alwar.
Police have recovered 12 bore guns and 23 live cartridges from his possession. A case has been registered against the accused under the relevant sections and further inquiries are being done.
In this action, the police officer Praveen Kumar was accompanied by Head Constable Magan Singh, Pankaj Kumar, Bhimsingh and Devesh Kumar.
Due to this readiness of the police station, a positive message has been sent about security and peace in the area. Police say that strict campaign against illegal weapons and criminals will continue even further.
