All these flats are in Delhi’s Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini and Narela and their starting price is Rs 11.5 lakh. In the second scheme, there are about 5400 flats of all categories. It will have HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats. These flats are in Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela, whose starting price is Rs 29 lakh.
Prices of premium flats start from Rs 1.2 crore
There are 173 flats in the premium category, including MIG, HIG and higher class flats. These flats will be in Dwarka, whose starting price is Rs 1.2 crore. Let us tell you that all the flats of the premium category can be purchased only through e-auction. While the flats of the other two categories can be purchased on first come first serve basis.
