Focused only on work: Manu Bhaker

While talking to India TV, Manu Bhaker said that I am very happy. I was able to win a medal for the country. In the coming time, we will win medals in shooting and other events. When you go to the podium and receive a medal, then you understand whatever struggles and problems you had. You have overcome them and reached here and then you forget everything. I was very nervous at first. I did not hear any score board or announcement in the entire match. I was trying to focus on my work. I was thinking that Arjun, focus on your work and do not worry about the result. When it was announced that it was a bronze medal, then I came to know what I had won.

Could not win medal in Tokyo Olympics

Manu Bhaker said that I was very upset after the Tokyo Olympics. I was very sad. I could not do as much as I could. No medal came from the entire shooting team. There was such a good chance and we could not win. That sadness stayed with me for a long time. Now I have moved on. My focus is on the upcoming matches. Many things change with age. Victory does not teach you as much as defeat teaches you.

Speaking about her coach Jaspal Rana, Manu Bhaker said that I learn a lot of courage from him. He is always positive. He never lets me give up. For the next two events, she said that she will try her best to win a medal.
