Actually, there is no electricity at Delhi airport for the last 20 minutes. Flight operations have been disrupted due to this power cut. Many flights are taking off late due to this reason. Many flights from Terminal 2 are not only late but have also been cancelled. Due to power cuts at the airport, the airport of the capital Delhi has gone black. Due to this, all work at the airport has come to a standstill. Be it the delay of flights or the scorching heat, passengers are facing many problems at Delhi airport.
Delhi airport blacked out
According to reports, the power cut at the airport has affected the flight of both international and domestic flights. Passengers are facing heat due to the power cut. Also, passengers are not able to check in and security check has also come to a halt. Actually, door frame metal detectors are used for security. Electricity is required for this. The operation of the aerobridge along with the immigration bureau’s system has come to a halt. The result of this is that for some airports, Delhi airport has completely blacked out i.e. disappeared.
The light came after 20 minutes
Let us tell you that such incidents are very rare at any airport. Especially when it is the airport of the country’s capital Delhi, such an incident is considered very rare. However, now such information is coming out that after the power cut for about 20 minutes, the power has now returned to the Delhi airport. Also, all services have been restored again. But it took a lot of time for these systems to restart. Due to this, it also took a lot of time for the flight operation to resume.
