Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court rejected the bail plea of ​​Manuj Kathuria, Tejinder, Harvinder, Parvinder and Sarabjit. The court has sought a reply from the investigating officer on the petition seeking directions to declare Manuj Kathuria’s arrest illegal. Manuj Kathuria is accused of driving the SUV at high speed when the road was flooded, due to which the gate of the coaching center broke due to the pressure of water and the basement was flooded, killing three students. The next hearing of the case will now be on August 7.
