New Delhi. Mayor Shaili Oberoi has woken up after 3 students drowned due to water logging in the basement of a coaching centre in Old Rajendra Nagar, Delhi. Shaili Oberoi has instructed the MCD officers to investigate all such coaching centres where such work is being done in the basement in violation of rules. Along with this, she has also said in her latest order that strict action will be taken against the concerned officer if found guilty. At the same time, Delhi Minister Atishi tweeted after the incident that she is taking information every minute after the incident of water logging in the coaching centre. Whoever is responsible will not be spared.

Let us tell you that the basement of Rao IAS Coaching Center in Delhi was suddenly flooded on Saturday night. In just 3 minutes, 3 students drowned to death as water accumulated up to 12 feet in the basement of the coaching center. Many of the students who escaped from here say that there was a door with biometric system in the basement. The door got closed due to power cut. How bad the situation was can be known from the fact that the fire brigade had to deploy divers to save the students. In this case, Delhi Police has arrested 2 people who were running and managing the coaching center.
