Now the link of electoral bonds is also being added in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam case. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia are in jail in this alleged scam, while AAP leader Sanjay Singh has got bail from the Supreme Court in this case. Sanjay Singh held a press conference on Monday and linked the scam to electoral bonds and accused BJP of corruption. Sanjay Singh said that it has now come to light how well-planned the BJP government carried out this scam by hiding it from the people. All this has happened in the form of electoral bonds, which the Supreme Court has exposed.
Sanjay Singh’s claim
Sanjay Singh said that there are 33 such companies which have incurred losses of Rs 1 lakh crore in seven years, these companies have donated Rs 450 crore. Of these, 17 companies either did not pay tax or got tax exemption. At the same time, there are 6 companies which have given Rs 600 crore to BJP.
Pearl developers gave Rs 10 crore to BJP, while it suffered a loss of Rs 1550 crore, it got tax rebate of Rs 4.7 crore.
Ujiya Pharma gave Rs 15 crore to BJP, it suffered a loss of Rs 28 crore, got tax exemption of Rs 7 crore 20 lakh.
A company has donated three times its profits.
A company has donated 93 times its profits.
There are three companies which donated Rs 28 crore, but did not pay even a single rupee tax.
Bharti Airtel has a loss of Rs 77 thousand crores, this company gave Rs 200 crores to BJP. 8 thousand crores were exempted from tax.
DLF suffered a loss of Rs 130 crore and gave Rs 25 crore to BJP. It got tax exemption of Rs 20 crore.
Steel Statech donated Rs 12 crore. It has incurred a loss of Rs 150 and has received tax exemption of more than Rs 1 crore.
Dhariwal Infra’s loss is Rs 299 crore and it gave Rs 25 crore to BJP, paid 0 tax
