Arvind Kejriwal did not get bail
The troubles of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is trapped in the Delhi liquor scam case, are not decreasing. On one hand, while the lower court has granted him bail, the Delhi High Court has stayed that bail. Due to this, he has not been released yet. The ED had opposed Kejriwal’s bail, after which the Delhi High Court reserved the order on the ED’s petition seeking a stay on the lower court’s order and now the High Court may give its decision on the ED’s petition on June 25.
Arvind Kejriwal will not be able to come out of jail until the High Court’s decision comes. Let us tell you that on Thursday, June 20, Kejriwal was granted bail by Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court, but on Friday there was a sudden twist in this case and the Delhi High Court stayed his bail till the hearing on the ED petition was completed. In this way, Kejriwal’s troubles are increasing one after the other. By Monday or Tuesday, the court will give its order on the stay application and according to that order it will be decided when Arvind Kejriwal will come out?
Solicitor General (ASG) SV Raju, appearing for ED, argued against the trial court’s decision to grant bail to Arvind Kejriwal. During the hearing in the High Court, SV Raju said before a bench of Justices Sudhir Kumar Jain and Ravinder Dudeja, “The trial court’s order is completely flawed. The court said there is no direct evidence, this is a wrong statement by the court.”
On the High Court staying Kejriwal’s bail order, ASG SV Raju said, “Kejriwal’s bail order has been stayed and the final order will come in 2-4 days and the hearing on cancellation of bail plea will be held later. Notice has been given for this.
Aam Aadmi Party leaders targeted the ED’s protest in the High Court against the bail granted by the trial court to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is lodged in Tihar Jail, and said that the role of ED has been completely exposed in this case. AAP leaders said that no money trail has been found against Kejriwal. He has been framed.
In a press conference at the Aam Aadmi Party office on Friday, Sanjay Singh said that the court’s order has exposed the role of ED. Now it is clear that ED hatched a deep conspiracy at the behest of the central government to implicate the Chief Minister of Delhi and other party leaders. Now the court’s order clearly states that ED is fabricating facts against us. Any statement in favor of Kejriwal is hidden, and the one against him is placed before the court.
Sanjay Singh said that there is only one motive behind all this, to finish off Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party. The court has also mentioned the Supreme Court’s order related to interim bail in its order. That order says that Arvind Kejriwal has no criminal history. He is not a threat to society. Kejriwal’s name is not in the CBI’s FIR and he was arrested on March 21. Whether his arrest is valid or not. The matter related to this is also pending before the Supreme Court. Sanjay Singh said that there is a strong and solid basis for the bail of the Chief Minister of Delhi.
