A sensational incident in Delhi’s most crowded and commercially important area Chandni Chowk on Monday afternoon shocked the people. Three armed miscreants not only fired in a well -known jewelery showroom located in front of Katra Neel, but escaped by looting Rs 35 lakh in broad daylight.

The crook entered the showroom with weapons
According to the information, at around 2:30 pm on Monday afternoon, some miscreants entered a jewelery showroom located in Katra Neel area of Chandni Chowk. He had weapons and started firing as he entered.
The customers and employees present in the showroom started running around due to fear.
The intention of the miscreants was clear – he had come to rob the money and for this he opened fire fearlessly.
Looted money from cashier
Investigation has revealed that a crook went directly towards the cabin of the showroom cashier Vicky Jain (40 years). He shot at the glass door and entered inside. He picked up the cash by scaring Vicky, with around Rs 35 lakh.
Meanwhile, two other miscreants monitored the main doors and stairs of the showroom, so that no one could come in or go out. The entire robbery was carried out in a few minutes, after which the three crooks escaped from the spot.
Police received PCR call
Soon after the incident, the showroom owner informed the police. Police Station Lahori Gate received a PCR call in the afternoon that there was a robbery in the jewelery showroom in Katra Nil of Chandni Chowk.
As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot and inspected the spot.
Police said that Vicky Jain told him that three miscreants carried out the incident. One went to the office inside, the other stood on the stairs outside and the third was monitoring near the entrance of the showroom.
CCTV footage and forensic team active
Police have seized footage of the showroom and nearby CCTV cameras. It is expected that the cameras can find pictures of miscreants and clues of their identity.
