Kawardha (Naiduniya News). Under the leadership of Shivendra Chandravanshi, District President of School Teachers Association and State President of the Union, Virendra Dubey met the State Home Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu and raised the demand for the pending inflation and restoration of old pension. The delegation met the minister during a program in village Khursidih. State President Virendra Dubey told that during the meeting a demand was made regarding the installment of dearness allowance. The Home Minister has been informed.
The difference in dearness allowance between the Center and the state has gone up to 14 percent. The installment of Dearness Allowance was given only once by the State Government from the beginning of the Corona period. Inflation has increased due to COVID. Due to non-receipt of allowance, the employees of the state are facing problems. The Home Minister also discussed about the restoration of pension, the delegation apprised that recently the old pension has been implemented in the Congress-ruled state of Rajasthan. Pension is the entitlement of the employees and support for old age. The old pension should be restored by considering the state government sympathetically.
The Home Minister assured the delegation that the issue of dearness allowance and old pension would be kept before the Chief Minister. Dharmesh Sharma and Satendra Singh said that due to the restoration of old pension in Rajasthan, there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm among the employees of Chhattisgarh, due to which the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlod has been thanked through Twitter across the state on Sunday. NPS employees asked for old pension
