This ignorance is also weakening the teeth and losing their luster. The right way of cleaning teeth i.e. brushing can prevent many dental diseases. This is to say of the dentists who keep making patients aware from time to time to keep the teeth healthy. Dentists organized a seminar on the occasion of Dentist Day on March 6. In a seminar organized by the Indian Medical Association district branch, the doctors said that citizens should get their teeth checked by an authorized dentist every six months. By doing this, diseases are detected in time, which is necessary for the protection of teeth and gums. Here, dentist Dr. Sunil Chauhan says that the teeth should be cleaned by moving the brush up and down. 60-70 percent of people do not know the right way to brush.
Association’s secretary Dr. Anikash Jaiswal said that Dentist Day is celebrated to make citizens aware about regular dental check-up. So that citizens can be encouraged to take care of teeth. No need to tell how precious teeth are for any person. Dr. Sanjay Chattani of the association said that people should adopt oral hygiene routine. Teeth and gums should be checked from time to time. Teeth should be cleaned regularly. Other physicians said that there are many new techniques now available for dental treatment, including digital X-rays. Root canal procedure is also being done with modern machines. To take care of the teeth, it is necessary to minimize the use of high-sugar food, acidic beverages and soft drinks. Teeth should be cleaned thoroughly at least twice a day.
Doctors said that minor problems of teeth and gums should be taken seriously and treated. The tongue should be cleaned thoroughly after brushing. On the advice of the doctor, the habit of brushing should be inculcated in the teeth of young children. Due to consumption of fast food and refined food, the milk teeth of children fall prematurely. Association President Dr. Yashish Arora, Dr. Vibhor Hazari, Dr. Arvind Sahu, Dr. Taranjit Singh Gujral, Dr. Lokesh Singh Rajput, Dr. Animesh Agarwal, Dr. Saket Agarwal, Dr. Swatantra Yadav etc. were present in the seminar.
