Volcano. Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Aginhotri visited the famous Shaktipeeth volcano here today and offered prayers. This temple is also from his total goddess. The deputy CM arrived at the temple on Wednesday afternoon during his stay in Kogda, where he was welcomed by the temple officer Manohar Lal Sharma.
Later, he reached the sanctum sanctorum and worshiped the main light and offered prayers. He reviewed the facilities available by the temple administration after circling the temple.
On this occasion, he instructed the officials to maintain proper arrangements to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of the campus. He said that better facilities should be available for the devotees who come to the Shaktipeeth famous for their divinity in the country.
He said that Himachal Pradesh government wants to make better arrangements available to devotees in authorized temples, for which the temples will be developed under the master plan. The temples of the state are also connecting with the ropeway, besides more basic facilities are being provided. Officials and intellectuals are being communicated to make the arrangements of temples better.
Mukesh Agnihotri said that he has also come to the big temples of the country and seeing the arrangements there, he is going to arrange here on the lines of big temples so that more and more facilities can be available to the devotees. He said that temples are inhabited in Himachal Pradesh and they are associated with our faith. They have no importance from the political subject, so these historical pilgrimage sites related to the faith of the people will be promoted even better so that religious tourism can be promoted.
The volcano has emerged as a famous religious place of Hindus in the country and the world today. Devotees of mother coming from different parts of the country show their faith in the volcano nowadays their faith and devotion. The volcano is one of the famous pilgrimage site of northern India and one of the 51 Shaktipeeths. There are many mythological and historical stories associated with it.
