Ranchi. There is a lot of discussion going on in the whole country about wrestling champion Vinesh Phogat’s disqualification from the Olympics. There is only one discussion everywhere that she was disqualified from the Olympics by just 100 grams. Because her weight was 100 grams more than 50 kg. But you will be surprised to know that despite eating well and working out, the weight increases suddenly on its own.
Doctor Prabhas Kumar, a well-known dietician from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told Local 18 (PhD in Nutritionist from Ireland) that sometimes it happens that you do regular workouts. But when you have to go somewhere at the last moment, your weight suddenly increases the next day and you do not understand why this happened? Because you did workouts and also ate properly.
So that is why weight increases suddenly
Dr. Prabhas explains that there are some hormones in the body that only balance your body weight. In such a situation, many times people take a lot of stress before an important day. Many times people are very worried about the future. They eat very well and also exercise. But despite this, their weight does not reduce.
He further said that excessive stress is the main reason for weight gain. This causes hormonal imbalance in the body and leads to weight gain. Another reason is water retention in the body. If you eat food with more salt, then it causes water retention in the body, which means that the water in the body cannot be detoxed properly and weight increases suddenly.
control stress
Dr. Prabhas says that no matter how much dieting you do, if you take excessive stress then it will be very difficult for you to lose weight. That is why first of all control your stress with yoga or meditation. After this, pay attention to your food and do not take salty or extra salt to prevent water retention. This will help you get rid of the problem of sudden weight gain.
