The CBI investigation team has reached Kolkata from Delhi to investigate the RG Kar College tax case of Kolkata. The CBI has taken custody of Sanjay Roy from the Kolkata Police who was arrested in the rape and murder case of a doctor. The CBI is accompanied by a medical team and forensic experts.
After arresting Sanjay Roy, CBI first took him to the hospital. Here the CBI team took him to the crime scene. Not only this, CBI officials also held a meeting with the members of Kolkata Police SIT and found out how far the investigation of the case has reached.
CBI will investigate whether the arrested Sanjay Roy was following the doctor for the past one month? Is there any footage where Sanjay is seen following her? Was the rape and murder of the doctor pre-planned? How was the murder plot hatched? Sanjay Roy said in his statement to the SIT police that he had never come to the seminar hall before. CBI will investigate whether this information is true or not.
Which questions will the CBI seek answers to?
1. Sanjay Roy will know the motive behind the rape and murder of the doctor.
2. Was the trainee doctor raped or gang-raped? Was Sanjay Roy alone present at the scene of the rape and murder of the female doctor or was there someone else also present?
3. CBI team will visit the incident spot.
4.CBI will take the statement of the victim’s family.
5- The police will establish the entire crime sequence from the first call received.
6- RG will also record the statement of the Assistant Superintendent of Medical College.
7- Because the family of the deceased alleged that the Assistant Superintendent himself called them and informed them about the suicide and called them to the spot.
8- CBI’s focus will also be on the four friends of the deceased with whom she had dinner, they were the ones who saw and met her for the last time.
9- CBI will also interrogate the delivery boy who served dinner to the victim.
10- Was the evidence destroyed after the incident and how?
11- Why was the murder first described as a suicide, who all are involved in this and what was to be hidden?
12- Does the college administration have any role in the incident?
13- Why was the information given to the police so late after the incident?
14- CBI will investigate the history of the accused
15- Will study the mental state of the accused
16- His past conduct will be investigated
17- CBI will talk to all the members of the accused’s family
