Jaipur,. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has adopted a policy of sensitive, corruption-free and transparent good governance and disposed of disciplinary proceedings against the officials of the state service, prosecution approval and 38 cases under consideration of 17-A.
Chief Minister Sharma has decided to remove and remove from service in 2 cases of long unauthorized absence and corruption against serving officers.

At the same time, giving the highest priority to the disposal of pending cases of prosecution approval, it has been approved to run prosecution against 7 officers. Detailed investigation and research have also been provided in 05 cases of Section 17-A of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act 2018. Similarly, taking action against 11 serving officers against CCA Rules-16 and 2 officers under CCA Rule-17, it has been decided to stop the annual salary with cumulative/inconvenient effects.

In addition, action has been taken to stop the complete or partial pension of 9 officers while disposing of the old cases of retired officers. At the same time, the investigation conclusion of certified allegations against 4 retired officers has been approved. Also, in Rule 08 of All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969 against 1 retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service, the punishment for stopping pension for certified charges has been sent to the Government of India.

Similarly, in 2 cases, the punishment has been kept unchanged by canceling the review petitions submitted by the authorities under CCA Rule 34 and the officers accused have been given relief in 2 cases of departmental inquiry.
