United Nations: Pakistan, which is suffering from poverty, is not stopping its activities. The economic condition of the country is bad and the people are suffering from inflation. The rulers of Pakistan are roaming from door to door with a bowl in their hands for money. Despite all this, Pakistan is still daydreaming about Kashmir. Now India has given a strong reply to Pakistan in its own language and reprimanded it. After Pakistan mentioned Kashmir in the United Nations General Assembly, India has given a befitting reply to the neighboring country by criticizing it for ‘baseless and false statements’.
India did not pay any price
Minister Prateek Mathur in India’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations said, “Today, a delegation misused this platform to spread baseless and false rumours, which is not surprising.” He said, “I will not encourage these comments by responding in any way, just to save the valuable time of this august institution.” Mathur was making a statement on behalf of India in the discussion of the United Nations General Assembly on the annual report of the United Nations Security Council.
Who mentioned Kashmir?
Earlier, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Nations Munir Akram had mentioned Kashmir in his address from the General Assembly platform during the discussion. Pakistan regularly raises the issue of Jammu and Kashmir on various forums of the United Nations. India has previously strongly criticized Pakistan’s attempts to raise the Kashmir issue on international forums. It says that “the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the Union Territory of Ladakh were, are and will always remain an integral part of India.”
