milk and curd

Yogurt and Onion
You should never use curd with anything made from onion. Many people also add chopped onion to raita. Onion is hot in nature while Raita is cold in nature. Eating these two together can cause acne, skin irritation and allergy problems on your face.
Ghee with curd
Ghee should not be consumed along with curd. According to Swati Bishnoi, ghee contains fats. When curd is consumed with ghee, metabolism will be slow. This will cause laziness and sleep.

Curd should not be eaten with sour fruits. Keep tomatoes, seasonal fruits, lemons or other fruits away from it. Curd should never be eaten with melon. In Ayurveda, these two foods are considered opposite to each other.
