During a conversation with Local 18, Gokul Bisht, yoga trainer of Sadhak Yogashala located in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, said that if you are suffering from many problems like indigestion, stomach ache, acidity, constipation, then you can strengthen your digestive system by doing yoga regularly. The most important thing to strengthen the digestive system is the right diet and lifestyle. Both our diet and lifestyle affect our digestive system. On the other hand, by doing these 3 yogasanas regularly, all these problems will go away.
Trikonasana
By practising this yogasana, the pain in our leg muscles is reduced and the digestive system is strengthened. To do this yoga practice, first stand straight, then keep a little distance between the legs and while taking a deep breath, bend your body towards the right, then move your left hand upwards and keep your eyes upwards.
Malasana
To do this yoga exercise, first stand straight and then keep a little distance between your legs. After that join your hands and slowly sit down. Lean forward while exhaling. Take both your elbows between your thighs at an angle of about 90 degrees.
Halasana
To do this asana, first lie down on your back on the ground and keep both your hands down. After that, slowly raise both your legs equally and then go behind your head with the help of your waist. Take your head behind the head until your feet touch the ground.
