How to do Surya Namaskar:
Pranamasana (Prayer Pose): Stand on the mat, join both hands in front of the chest and breathe normally.
Hasta Uttanasana (Raised Arms Pose): Now take a deep breath and raise your hands up and bend backwards.

Padhastasan (Standing Forward Bend): Now slowly exhale and bend forward and touch your feet with your hands.
Ashwa Sanchalanasana (Equestrian Pose): Now pull one leg back and bend the front knee, raise the head.
Dandasana (Stick Pose): Now take the other leg back as well and keep the body in a straight line.
Ashtanga Namaskar (Salute with Eight Parts or Points): Now place the knees, chest and chin on the ground, while the buttocks should remain raised.
Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose): Now lift your chest between both hands, straighten your hands and look towards the sky.
