Problems of parents increase during summer holidays
Health experts say that research has revealed that 85 percent of parents in India are worried that their children remain glued to mobile or TV during summer vacations. This research has been done on those parents whose children are between 3 to 8 years of age. Earlier children used to spend 5 to 6 hours in schools. But, now during the summer holidays we will spend all our time at home. In such a situation, keeping children busy is a big challenge for parents. Parents say that during holidays, children either remain glued to the TV all day at home or play games on mobile phones. In such a situation, maintenance is not possible even while eating and drinking. Health experts say that the time has come that parents should limit the use of mobile and TV in front of their children and keep a digital fast.
Eye problems are increasing due to mobile phones
Doctor Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh said that excessive use of phone causes pain in the neck, spine and eyes of children. The danger of mobile radiation is increasing. Continuously looking at mobile makes the eyes turn red and start watering. Due to this, parents have to face problems. If you want children to study and also protect their health, then at least allow them to use mobile phones. He told that spending more time on mobile or TV screen increases the problem of dryness in the eyes. Children’s vision begins to deteriorate and they have to wear glasses. The eye muscles of children are delicate, hence it affects them quickly. Keep in mind that children stay away from mobile phones.
Teach yoga to children while playing
Doctor Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh said that parents should employ someone to stop their children from looking at mobile phones. Instead of luring children with mobile phones, engage them in activities like painting, this will increase creativity and reduce the addiction of watching mobile phones. You can teach children to do yoga while playing. This will keep their body energetic throughout the day. Play such games with children which help in their intellectual development. If parents are at home, they can play indoor games like Ludo, Carrom, Chess etc. with children. This increases logical thinking in children.
