Balasana –To do Balasana, first of all bend your legs and sit in Vajrasana. After that, take both your hands up and bend forward. After that take your palms on the ground. After this, take your head towards the ground. Doing this asana not only reduces obesity but also relieves body pain and mental stress.
Halasana –To do this asana, first of all lie down on the ground on your back and keep both your hands down. After that, slowly raise both your legs equally and then go towards the back of your head with the help of your waist. Take your head back until your feet touch the ground.
Paschimottanasana –Sit with your legs extended forward. Now bend forward until your stomach touches it and keep your knees straight.
