Dr. Narayan Prasad told that fructose sugar is often used in tea, cold drinks, coffee and chocolate etc. This is fatal for those people who have undergone treatment for kidney stones. Their continuous consumption can cause kidney stones again. Therefore, to keep yourself healthy as much as possible, reduce the intake of tea and coffee. If you want, you can consume two cups of tea and coffee a day. Also, you should drink 8 to 12 glasses of water in a day. He told that the more you consume healthy things. You can keep your body and internal organs healthy for a longer period of time. Try to reduce the quantity of tea and coffee. Also, consume more water, juice and coconut water in this summer.
