Kolkata. A horrific story of brutality has come to light in the case of rape and murder of a doctor in RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal. News channel India Today has given this information quoting the detailed postmortem report of the doctor. According to the news channel, the postmortem report says that before the murder, the limits of brutality were crossed with the doctor of RG Kar Medical College.

The postmortem report did not find any fracture in any of the female doctor’s bones, but more than 14 injury marks were found on her body. The female doctor’s postmortem report says that there are injury marks on her head, both cheeks, lips, nose, right jaw, chin, neck, left hand, knee, ankle and shoulder, as well as on her private parts. The postmortem report states that the injuries on the doctor’s body and private parts were before death. The postmortem report also states that the doctor’s private parts were forcefully penetrated. Blood clots were found in many parts of the body and there was bleeding in the lungs as well. According to the news channel, the postmortem report also states that the doctor was killed by strangulation with both hands. That means the rape accused knew that if the murder was not committed, the doctor could survive and could then reveal his name to the police.
A female doctor was targeted in the intervening night of 8th and 9th August at RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata. The female doctor was a PG student here. She had gone to the seminar hall of RG Kar Medical College to rest at night. It is being told that she was targeted there. In this case, the police have arrested its civic volunteer Sanjay Rai. On the orders of the Calcutta High Court, the CBI is currently investigating this case.
