But you will be surprised to know that there is no question of belly fat disappearing with the help of these devices. If fat is lost, then it is lost in the whole body in a similar way because chemical reactions are responsible for this which look at the whole body in the same way. Vijay Thakkar said that a process is necessary in our body to lose weight. This process is controlled by hormones and enzymes. These hormones and enzymes do not work in just one place but work in the same way in the whole body.
Why these devices are useless
Vijay Thakkar told that the activities of weight loss in the body are controlled by insulin and glucagon hormones and hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) and lipoprotein lipase enzymes (LPL). For example, when we eat food, insulin and LPL together remove fat from it. After this, glucagon and HSL enzymes together store the extra fat so that this fat can be used to make energy in case of trouble. When we exercise, the activity of glucagon and HSL increases. Both these things help in releasing the stored fat. Similarly, the activity of LPL increases in the muscles and becomes active to burn fat. This kind of hormonal action is uniform throughout the body. It is not that stored fat starts burning in a particular part and does not burn in other places. These are uniform throughout the body. Therefore, no devices can remove fat from a particular part.
