In case of stones, symptoms like severe pain on both sides of the lower back, blood in urine, burning sensation in the urinary tract etc. are seen. Dr. Arun Abodh told that the main reason for the formation of stones is that apart from drinking water, excessive consumption of spinach, greens and tomatoes increases the chances of formation of kidney stones, urinary tract stones or urinary bladder stones. . Excessive consumption of calcium medicines and increase in uric acid are the main reasons for the formation of stones in the body.

The doctor told that to avoid stones, consume adequate amount of water, do regular exercise, avoid junk food, do not consume excessive salt and protein. Avoid eating canned food, do not consume cold drinks, the phosphoric acid present in it increases the risk of stones.
