Double decker train in Bandikui with suspected bag in 'tik-tick', know in video, security agencies alert

There was a stir in Bandikui, Rajasthan on Tuesday night when a suspected bag was heard from a suspicious bag in a double decker train going from Delhi to Jaipur. On hearing the voice, there was an atmosphere of fear and panic among the passengers and people got up and got up from their seats and started running out of their seats.

Railway Police (RPF) and local security agencies immediately swung into action as soon as the incident was received. The train was stopped at Bandikui railway station and a search and investigation process of suspected bags was started.

What happened on the spot?

According to eyewitnesses, a passenger saw an unclaimed bag in a train coach. When he passed by, he heard the sound of a tick-tick-like watch from the bag, which made him suspicious. He immediately informed the train staff and security personnel.

Seeing the seriousness of the incident, the train was immediately stopped and the entire compartment was evacuated. Teams of Railway Police, GRP and Bomb Squad reached the spot and checked the suspected bag under special security protocol.

Relief

After a intensive investigation of about an hour, security agencies confirmed that no explosive material was found in the bag. Actually, a digital alarm clock was placed in the bag, causing that tick-tick. Although it turned out to be a falls alarm, security agencies took the entire matter seriously.

A railway protection force official said, “The vigilance of the passengers could have protected a possible danger. Even though the matter turned out to be fake, we cannot ignore any situation. It is our priority to react on time.”

Passengers upset

However, during this entire process, the train was stopped for more than 1 hour, causing the passengers to face inconvenience. Some passengers said that the situation may be normal, but the atmosphere of fear was very serious at that moment.
