At the same time, the Myanmar army and militia have blamed each other for this attack. This attack took place when a group of Rohingyas was waiting to cross the Bangladesh border.

According to reports, videos posted on social media showed piles of bodies in a muddy field. People’s suitcases and backpacks were scattered around them. Three survivors of the attack said about 200 people were killed, while a witness after the incident said he saw at least 70 bodies. According to Reuters, the attack took place just outside the Myanmar coastal city of Mawungada.
People had gathered to cross the border
Reuters could not confirm the date the videos were filmed. A witness to the attack, Mohammed Ilyas, 35, said his pregnant wife and 2-year-old daughter were injured in the attack and later died. Ilyas told Reuters from a refugee camp in Bangladesh that he was standing with them at the border when the drones began attacking the crowd.

Ilyas said he lay down on the ground to save himself and when he got up, he saw that his wife and daughter were seriously injured and many of his other relatives were dead. Another eyewitness Shamsuddin said he survived with his wife and newborn son. He said that after the attack many people were lying dead and some were screaming in pain due to their deep wounds.
