The epicenter of the earthquake was in the Balochistan region of Pakistan and its depth was 10 kilometers below the ground. The latitude of the earthquake was recorded at 29.12 north and longitude 67.26 pre -recorded. According to experts, the earthquake was of moderate intensity, but due to its time period and depth, vibrations were felt in many areas.
Pakistan has been seeing continuous increase in earthquake incidents in recent times. Earlier on May 5, earthquake tremors were recorded in the northern regions of Pakistan around 4 pm. At that time the earthquake had a intensity of 4.2 and its center was 36.60 degrees north latitude and 72.89 degrees pre -longitude. Even in that incident, the depth of the earthquake was 10 kilometers and the shocks were so fast that people came out of their homes and offices.
Not only this, on April 12, a strong earthquake tremors were felt in Pakistan and surrounding areas. That time the intensity of the earthquake was measured 5.8 and its shocks were also recorded in Jammu and Kashmir, India.
