After eating, one often feels like eating something sweet. Whenever you see children, they keep insisting on chocolate in the name of sweets. In such a situation, if you want to eat something sweet and feed it to children, then you can make flour laddus. Flour laddus do not spoil for a month and are very tasty to eat. Children who are fussy about eating dry fruits, you can easily feed them dry fruits by grinding them into flour laddus. You can prepare flour laddus at home which are much tastier than the ones from the market. Know how to make flour laddus which even children will eat with great taste?
Recipe for making flour laddus
- First of all you have to take about 2 cups of wheat flour. If the flour is mill-ground and slightly coarse, it is even better.
- Now add about 1 cup of ghee to the flour and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden.
- When the flour is roasted, a nice roasting aroma will start coming and the color of the flour will change.
- Take out the flour in a plate and let it cool. Now add 1 teaspoon ghee in the same pan.
- Add cashews, almonds, walnuts, melon seeds as per your choice and fry them lightly.
- Take out the roasted dry fruits separately and let them cool slightly.
- Now peel 4-5 green cardamoms and make their powder.
- If it is sugar then grind about one and a half cup sugar or sugar and make powder.
- Make powder by putting dry fruits in a mixer and mix it in flour.
- Mix dry fruits, cardamom powder, some raisins, boora or sugar powder in the flour.
- Now try making laddus with these. If you are not able to make it then add more ghee as per requirement.
- Now mix all the things and prepare small laddus.
- You can easily eat these laddus for a month. These healthy laddus are beneficial for children.
