People should buy fresh fruits and not cut fruits. After bringing the fruits home, they should be cleaned thoroughly by adding salt in lukewarm water. People should eat more seasonal fruits, because doing so can give you more benefits. Diabetes patients can eat fruits in limits, but if the sugar level is high, then consult a doctor first.

These 5 fruits are a panacea for health in the rainy season

– Mango, the king of fruits, is considered one of the beneficial fruits in this season. Mango is a good source of Vitamin C and Vitamin A. It strengthens the immune system and improves the skin. Eating mango during monsoon also fulfills the lack of water in the body.

– Jamun is available only in the rainy season. Jamun is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber, which improve heart health and improve digestion. Jamun can help control diabetes. Jamun strengthens the immune system and can control weight.

– Pears can be considered as nectar for health in rainy season. Pears contain good amount of fiber and water. It improves digestion and keeps the body hydrated. Pears are considered a good source of antioxidants. All these nutrients can boost immunity.

– Papaya is considered beneficial for health in every season and is available throughout the year. Papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which improves digestion. It is also a good source of vitamin C and vitamin A, which is beneficial for skin health.

– The habit of eating apples can also be beneficial in the rainy season. Apples are rich in fiber, which helps in keeping the digestive system healthy. They also contain antioxidants which help in fighting infections. Everyone should consume apples in the monsoon.
