Dholpur The district level public hearing was organized at the Atal Seva Kendra under the chairmanship of Additional District Collector Hariram Meena. He said that during the public hearing, the pending cases should be quickly disposed of on priority so that the problem of the complainants can be resolved. He said that regular monitoring of pending complaints on the Sangam portal should be done. All complaints should be followed for disposal. He instructed all the district level officials to take action with delay and priority in the disposal of complaints received from the common man, so that the maximum complainants could be satisfied.
Additional District Collector informed that during public hearing, sewerage and drains cleaning, encroachment removal, sewerage line connections, revenue, including other cases were received, which were resolved and instructed the officers while disposing of it early.
Deshraj Singh, the complainant in Jansunwai, presented a complaint for the power line in the village Sauni, on which he directed JVVNL to take action quickly and restore the power supply. The complainant Ambika Prasad Bansal submitted a complaint regarding the removal of encroachment on the main road by eating confectionery for Bada Hyder Shah, on which he directed the city council to take proper action. The complainants Govind Saxaina and others submitted a complaint regarding the drinking water line in ward number 55, on which the Additional District Collector gave instructions to the PHED for proper action. 30 complaints were received during public hearing. Subdivision officer Sadhana Sharma and other officials were present in Jansunwai.
