Election Result 2022: The crucial day for the assembly elections of five states is near. Counting of votes will take place in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur on March 10. There is a lot of political agitation in all the parties. In UP, where the Samajwadi Party is worried about the safety of EVMs, in Punjab, making laddus has started. Even after the exit poll results are out, every party is claiming its victory. Counting of votes in the five states will begin at 8 am on Thursday, March 10. Tight security arrangements have been made. Initially the ballots will be counted. After this the EVM will be opened.
UP Election Result 2022: Know why SP is creating ruckus
Angry with the exit poll trends, the SPs created a ruckus in Varanasi till late Tuesday night. The SP workers created a ruckus on the spot by holding the EVMs for training going from Pahariya Mandi to the vehicle. The driver and a worker were kept in his possession for hours and raised slogans against the police-administration. During this, Additional Director General of Police Zone Ram Kumar, who reached the spot, and the police vehicle were also vandalised. The SP workers also raised their voice against the BJP, alleging EVM rigging. The SP workers did not even spare the media in anger.
Even about the exit polls, the spies called the media good and bad and also broke the camera of a TV channel. Along with this, some activists also created ruckus at four places in the city. Three companies of CRPF have reached the spot to control the ruckus. During this, a policeman and an SP worker are reported to be injured. Let us tell you, on Monday, Prof. Ramgopal Yadav had instructed the candidates and workers to conduct careful counting of votes and especially in the counting of postal ballots, calling the exit polls “monitored”.
