Maddie took a stunning catch of Bryony Smith in a brilliant manner while floating in the air, the video of which is now setting social media on fire. After the video of this brilliant catch went viral, cricket fans are calling Maddie the ‘flying angel’ of England.
Bryony Smith went to play a big shot on a back of the length ball from bowler Marizanne Kapp but could not connect properly and the ball remained within the 30 yard radius. During this, Maddie Villiers, standing at mid-wicket, ran to her left and jumped in the air and caught the ball with just one hand. Everyone was surprised for a moment to see this catch of Maddie. In this way, Smith returned to the pavilion after scoring 1 run.
