Churu District Collector Abhishek Surana on Tuesday gave appropriate instructions to the officers in the Zilla Parishad Auditorium meeting, meeting the meeting of the District Execution Committee and the review meeting of the Development Officers on various points.
He reviewed all the district level officers, subdivision officials and officials of the Education Department while reviewing the Hariyalo Rajasthan campaign and instructed that the plantation done under the campaign should be done. Proper distribution of remaining plants should be ensured in the nurseries of the forest department and the plantation activities of the state government should be organized. All departments should meet the expected goals. Along with this, ensure maximum participation of common people in the activities organized under every house tricolor campaign. He discussed the officials about every house tricolor campaign and said that the activities conducted under the campaign should be edited in a timely manner. Purchase and distribution of national flag should be ensured at the departmental officer level.
Quick disposal of revenue cases more than 05 years
District Collector Surana reviewed the revenue cases in the meeting of revenue officials and gave appropriate instructions. The District Collector said that ensure quick disposal of revenue cases pending for more than 05 years. All SDMs and Tehsildars bring quickness in the disposal of pending cases with the best management of personnel and dispose of as soon as possible. He said that he should send proper answers to the pending cases in the courts and get the dispose done. Send proposals for population expansion and reduce disposal time in cases of conversion, border, nominations. Take up the pending cases at the level of patwari etc. and speed up the disposal of cases. Along with this, complete the targets set for revenue acquisition on time and increase SR opportunity inspection.
The District Collector asked all the Tehsildars and Subdivision officials to send aid to assistance for the damage done in their area etc. as soon as possible so that further action can be taken.
He gave detailed instructions to the officers after discussing the pending cases, revenue acquisition, land acquisition, encroachment on state land, road opening campaign, population expansion, land allocation for state purpose, land allocation, allocation, RTI.
Discosel time reduce
The District Collector, while discussing the contact portal, vigilance committee, public hearing, CM Jansunwai, PG Portal, e -File and E -Dak Pendency, said that reduce the disposal time. Payment of second and third installment under Development Officer PM Awas Yojana
District Collector Abhishek Surana gave appropriate instructions to all development officers while reviewing the schemes related to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department.
He said that the second and third installment should be paid in the applications under the Development Officer PM Awas Yojana. Ensure certification of map forest under the ownership scheme and the distribution of property parcels should be done regularly.
He said that in the direction of rural development, under the Mahanarega scheme, the work related to water conservation in gram panchayats should be seated on priority.
