Priyanka told that pine nuts are also called pine nuts. Which is very beneficial for our health. There are many benefits of eating pine nuts. Which people do not know about. Pine nuts are more beneficial than other dry fruits like cashew or almonds. Natural vitamins A, E B1, B2, C, copper, magnesium, zinc, manganese, calcium and iron are found in abundance in pine nuts. This is the only dry fruit in which all these nutrients are found together.
