Today we are going to tell you the recipe of making restaurant style brinjal bharta. This recipe is ready in a few minutes. Brinjal Bharta is as delicious to eat as it is easy to make. Ingredients to make Brinjal Bharta:
Big brinjal, onion finely chopped – 1, green chilli finely chopped – 3, finely chopped garlic – 2, tomato – 1, turmeric – 1 tsp red chilli powder – 1 tsp, garam masala – 1 tsp, chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp, Mustard oil, salt as per taste
Method to make Brinjal Bharta:
To make brinjal bharta, first wash the brinjal with clean water and cut it into long shapes. Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it and add 2 spoons of mustard oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped brinjal to it and keep it covered with a plate. While the brinjal is cooking, chop onion, coriander, garlic and chilli very finely. When the brinjal is cooked well, remove it from the pan and keep it in a plate.
Now in the next step, cut the tomato into two parts and add 1 teaspoon oil in the pan and fry it well. When the tomatoes are done roasting, turn off the gas. Now take cooked brinjal in a bowl and mash it well. When the brinjal is mashed, add finely chopped onion, garlic and chilli, 1 tsp red chilli powder – 1 tsp, garam masala – 1 tsp, and roasted tomatoes and mix well. Now after that add half spoon mustard oil and salt as per taste in this bharta. Garnish it with coriander over the bharta.
