New Delhi. Amidst the excitement of Lok Sabha elections 2024, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has given an exclusive interview to Network18 Group. In an exclusive interview with Rahul Joshi, Group Editor-in-Chief of Network18, Amit Shah spoke openly on many issues. During this, he also took a dig at the ongoing suspense regarding Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi contesting elections from Rae Bareli and Amethi.
Taking a dig at the question related to discussions about possible candidature of Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi from Amethi and Rae Bareli, Amit Shah said that this confusion shows their lack of confidence. He does not have the confidence to contest even from his ancestral seat. So let us know what answer Amit Shah gave to which question?
Rahul Joshi: Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi ji are fighting sometimes yes sometimes no… sometimes. Never fighting. Now it is being heard that maybe they are not fighting anymore. How do you see this?
Amit Shah: See, these people have lost their confidence. He doesn’t have the confidence to contest even from his ancestral seat. If you did not want to fight then why was the seat kept pending for so long. If you had given it to a worker, at least he could have done public relations. This confusion shows a lack of confidence somewhere.
